What Actually Decides Your Invisalign Cost
This page is about one thing only: what Invisalign costs. For how the treatment itself works, who it suits and how long it takes, see our main Invisalign in Torrance page.
Price comes down to one thing: how far your teeth have to move. A mild front-tooth correction needs a handful of aligners; a bite that must be re-organized needs many more over a longer period. Traditional Invisalign runs between $5,500 and $7,500 depending on complexity. At Haru Dental we quote an all-inclusive package instead — one figure that covers your consultation, digital scans, diagnostic X-rays, every custom aligner, refinements, retainers and all follow-up visits.
What the Package Includes — and What Moves the Price
The honest version of an Invisalign quote is the list of what is and is not inside it. Here is ours.
Included in your figure…
- Initial consultation and treatment planning
- Digital scans, photographs and diagnostic X-rays
- Every custom aligner in your plan
- Refinements if the teeth need extra fine-tuning
- Retainers at the end of treatment
- All follow-up visits through the whole course
What moves the price up or down…
- How far the teeth have to move — the single biggest factor
- How many aligners the plan needs, and over how many months
- Whether attachments or elastics are needed to control the movement
- Whether one arch is being treated or both
- What your orthodontic insurance benefit contributes
- Whether you use HSA or FSA funds toward it
Bring your insurance details to the consultation and we will verify the orthodontic benefit before you decide — not after treatment has started.

When You Actually Pay
No surprise invoices. Here is every point across the whole course of treatment at which money changes hands.
At the Consultation — Nothing
The consultation, the digital scan and the diagnostic X-rays produce your exact aligner count. You leave with your figure in writing, having paid nothing and committed to nothing.
To Hold the Rate — a Refundable Deposit
A fully refundable deposit secures the discounted rate. It comes straight off your treatment cost, and it is returned in full if you decide not to go ahead.
At the First Appointment — Your Chosen Route
Whichever of the five routes you picked starts here: the balance in full for Option 1, or the first instalment on a financing or in-office plan. Nothing is billed after this — refinements and retainers are already inside the figure.

The Other Two Routes, and Your Benefits
Many dental plans carry an orthodontic benefit that applies to Invisalign. We verify yours, submit the claims and deal with your insurer directly. The two remaining payment routes are:
- Option 2 — HFD financing: $89 a paycheck, twice a month, with an $89 deposit at signup, linked to your bank account
- Option 2 terms: $4,300 if paid off within a year; otherwise 29.99% interest over 36 months, totaling $6,445
- Option 2 approval: a soft credit check that is not reported, and approval for all except prior money laundering, open bankruptcy or HFD delinquency
- Option 5 — insurance paid to us: $3,579 less your estimated benefit (typically $1,000 to $2,000) becomes your down payment, never below $1,000
- Option 5 exceptions: Delta and United Concordia pay you directly, so Option 5 is unavailable with them, as it is with COBRA
HSA and FSA funds can be used toward any of the five routes. If you have no insurance at all, Options 1, 3 and 4 need no insurer involvement whatsoever.
Why the Invisalign Cost Here Is Different
The price is on the page
Five routes with real figures, published rather than quoted behind a form. You can work out what this costs you before you ever call.
All-inclusive, so it does not creep
Scans, X-rays, aligners, refinements, retainers and every follow-up are inside the figure. Refinements are the line that usually appears later elsewhere.
Insurance handled for you
We verify the orthodontic benefit, submit the claims and talk to your insurer, so the number you agreed is the number you pay.
Nothing starts before you agree
No aligners are ordered and no deposit is kept until you have the written figure and have said yes to it. Patients travel to us from Gardena, Redondo Beach, Carson, Manhattan Beach and Palos Verdes.
Invisalign Cost Questions, Answered
Treatment generally runs $5,500 to $7,500 depending on complexity. Our all-inclusive package starts at $3,179 paid in full, or $167 a month at 0% interest over 24 months. How much Invisalign costs for you comes down to how far your teeth need to move, and a digital scan gives you the exact figure in writing before you commit.
Your consultation, digital scans, diagnostic X-rays, every custom aligner, refinements and retainers, plus all follow-up visits through the course of treatment. Refinements and retainers are the two items most often billed separately elsewhere — here they are inside the figure.
Many plans include an orthodontic benefit that applies to Invisalign, though coverage varies by provider and plan. We verify your benefits, submit claims and communicate with your insurer. Note that Delta and United Concordia reimburse you directly rather than paying us, which changes which payment option is available to you.
Yes. HSA and FSA funds can be applied to any of the five payment routes, including paying in full at the first appointment for the lowest total cost.
Three of the five routes involve no insurer whatsoever — paying in full at $3,179, CareCredit at $167 a month with $0 down, or the in-office plan at $1,000 down and $334.75 bi-weekly. A straighter smile is not gated behind having a plan.
For a comparable case the Invisalign price usually lands close to traditional braces. Simple corrections needing fewer aligners cost less; complex movements cost more. Because the comparison depends entirely on your own teeth, the scan is what settles it — not a general figure.
Yes. The deposit secures the discounted rate and is applied toward your treatment cost. If you decide not to go ahead after the consultation, it is refunded in full.
Yes.
